Re: $7 walmart stunt peg with pics
I did the same thing but I put both on. Drill the holes out to fit axle, remove adjusters from axle and install the pegs. You can adjust the chain by just pulling on the wheel by hand. You don't even need them.

I bought a set of those too! They are really thick at the end. I could not cut them with my hack saw. I got them mounted up though, with only a few threads holding them on. I'm going to get them machined to fit. Now if I could only learn how to stunt, I'd have it going on!
Re: $7 walmart stunt peg with pics
who's gonna go get a set of $7 pegs machined? seriously, they should work just fine, they even work great as frame sliders for your big bikes... come on now kyle... stop slackin, when u comin down
Re: $7 walmart stunt peg with pics
I boutgh some pegs from a bike shop for 12 dollors and there the old school one that screw on to the axel all I did was cut mill the ends off untill they were as thick as the stock adjusters and than I welded some bolts to them so that the pegs also act as the new chain tensioners and the pegs are just the right lenght so that they dont scrape the ground if anyone wants any pics just let me know

So far they haven't scraped but i've been real carefull. I'm worried about hitting my ankle with it (seems like it could hurt).
But as far as for stunting they rock after a week i've got a best of 5 O's on the peg!
