slop in left fork!!!?? HELP!

when i brake, my left fork moves a good 3/4 of an inch and pulls the bike to the left.. whats going on here?????

my buddies bike was doing the same thing.if you take off the tripple clamp there is a kastle nut at the top of the neck make sure that is tight. if thats not it than i dont know.

Thats a common problem, here is the cure:

That will take the slop out.

i have delrin bushings in mine and yesterday we noticed that my right side moves a little bit. ill take the front apart this week and see what the deal is. maybe a broken fork leg?
