When I was putting on my bbk and when I was sliding the head on it wouldnt go on, so I looked at the cases and noticed that they arent even, making the hole in the case too small to put the head on. Has this ever happened to anyone else before?

 

what exactly is the problem. which case? the only thing i had on mine were some rings that i had to paly with in order for it to slide on. then to get the head on the rod, i had to hit the pin with a hammer to get it to slide on. but other than that, mine went together pretty easy. what kit did you get?


and i had to use a 75 main jet, the kit i had only came with a 85 and a 92.

 

The left case dropped like .5mm and that makes the hole like 1mm smaller so its WAY small to fit the head on the case...

 

the case for the cam shaft? i only got an 88 kit so it used the stock cases and everything lined up fine. i had to use a screw driver to get some of the holes to line up for the fly wheel, but thats about it. do you have any pics you could post up?
