Best Front Tire For Stoppies

I just bought a Pirelli Diablo Corsa front tire for my Gixxer. I used to have a race take off Pirelli Super Corsa on my bike. I thought the Super Corsa was the best stoppie tire I ever had.

What do you think is the best stoppie tire and what tire pressure are you running?

This question is for you guys, Thew, Gorka, Ryan and everyone else that can roll a stoppie longer then 500 feet.

Thanks for your input.

Laterz, KW Rich

I've used Pirelli race tires on the front for the past year and a half. Its all I'll ride on. As for the back tire, Does it hold air? Yes, then its good enough.

Thanks bro ... Once again you are the man! What do you think of the Corsa compound Diablo? It's a red dot and not a blue dot like the race take off Super Corsa I had before. I've done some decent stoppies on it so far. And a couple 3 Up stoppies also. I'm thinking that I just have to get it warmer then the Super Corsa to do the same job. I wanted to get a Super Corsa again but the price difference was twice as much. I'll see what the Diablo can do for the remainder of this year and maybe I'll bite the bullet and buy a Super Corsa for next season. Do you keep track of your tire pressure at all? I'm running the front at 30 psi. And the back....yep it holds air and that IS good enough.

Thanks for your input.

I usually run 20 - 25 psi in the front.
