yzf surgery *update*
let us venture into the dogbox bike transmission! weeeeeee
ok first of all, this is a good 2nd gear, see its all nice and strait, and that nubby there, the dog/synchro is all strait and unmarked etc
and here is his brother, the major ****o 2nd gear.
you should be able to pick out what is wrong
teh side by side
bad 6th gear
BRAND NEW 6th GEAR PRETTY!
Good shift drum
fiznucked shift drum
output shaft organization with the 2 extra gears
oh yeah i got the 105 dollar shift drum for 5 dollars on ebay
and 3 totally unmarked shift forks for 5 bux for the set, they are 30 a piece
weeee

I work in parts and don't even know what those pieces area 
we got a new top notch parts person and I bet they can tell you what factory that gear was made in by the smell of it
