yamaha - suzuki

hey i think its finally starting to snow enough for me to tear apart the bike and fix 2nd gear....

i do believe this is the last year for my yzf, im planning on fixing it and selling her to a friend and then using what i get for it on a downpayment for a 00-02 gixxer 1000, that should be fun.

im scared to leave my yamaha brothers, i fear they might kill me in my sleep after i switch sides lol.

unless i find a good price on an R1 ide love to be YZF fo life!

*bored and posting jibberish*

nah i really love the way the gixxers look and ide love to have a fuel injected hate machine with a devil high mount.

lol i would get yours but the diff being, the gixxer 1000 is half the size of mine, yours is double the size of mine lol.

ill have to see how things go, with money and if my friend really wants to buy mine, i may just keep mine...

SUZUKI ALL THE WAY. Unless you have the money for a Honda. Then I would get a 929ski or a 954ski. I had a 929 and I loved it. It had awesome brakes.

Suzuki = Poor Man's Honda

Yeah ... why do you want a 1000? If you plan on stunting it I would highly suggest a 600 or 750. Or if it is just going to be for the street then the 1000 is ok.

There's no need for a 1000 unless you are hung like a horse fly.

Re: yamaha - suzuki

i may go for the 750 since its alot lighter or possibly even the 6, you raise an intresting question i will be paying more for insurance and everything... and most likely a gixxer 6 would be cheaper

Re: yamaha - suzuki

I love my 6. It's so light and ****. And it's fast enough. Don't get me wrong my 750 isn't too heavy either, but it feels a bunch different. With the gears and **** on my 600 -1 +3 it pulls like a 750 anyway.
