Try to find someone you trust that has at least a few years experience on sportbikes and have them take it for a test spin. If there's an actual problem with the bike, it should be obvious to them. As far as speculating, there's too many possibilities to list.

GET the RPMS UP, (5,6,7gsss)back of the throttle, and back on again like you really mean it.

If nothing is wrong, the nose of that bike should be up without a problem. Each bike is different, so practice with a variation of rpms. Hope that helps.

Maybe youve got a rebuilt motor with a 250cc engine. Thats all that I can come up with. Sell the bitch a get a 1000 gixer and then wheelie the **** out of it.

no ups?

where does the bike get stored???

It's possible to have a squirrels/ rats nest in the airbox. this could knock the hell out the power?

I've seen it a thousand times. check the airbox before you pull your hair out.
