ok well my bike looks like crap to start off with, I got a gixxer. well I was out ridin one night and saw these two dudes that instead of painting their bikes they put a cloth material on them. one was a cow and the other a tiger.I thought that **** looked stupid but funny in a way. I want to paint my bike, but I know I will go down again so I think its a waste of money. Im thinking of doing what they did but not a animal. has anyone ever done this? just wondering also what did it look like?andif anyone has please post pics if u got em...


and Im about to start to polish my frame should I even do this If Im going to stunt? do the frames usually get fawked?and would this be a waste of my time?if not im going to start today do someone please let me know.

What you're refering to is called "Furring" your bike. Just go to your local fabric store, get your choice, and some good adhesive spray. Just stay out of the rain, or it gets all nappy

 

will this work with any fabric? I did not get a good look at those guys bikes. I'm wanting to go camoflauge but not sure yet. will it look pimp or should I just quit being cheap and get it painted?


also what about the frame?

 

Do whatever you like. If it looks good depends on how much work you put into it. I don't think I've seen a frame furred before though, engine parts are too close, poof goes your bike when that lights up.
