F3 brake lever help

F3 brake lever help
If you've got a F3 you know what I'm talking about. The brake lever doesn't adjust far down at all. I'm talking like 1" down from level with the peg. How did you guys fix this, I need it to be like 4" down so I can cover the brake and let my foot rest on the peg.
