Changing the chain and sprockets on an R6??

I am about to change the chain and sprockets on my buddies 2003 R6, and i just wanted to know if there was anything i should look out for or any time saving tips. I have done this on my SRAD GSXR with no problems so hopefully I should be ok with the R6. I haven't really looked at his bike yet but am i gonna need any special tools for things like front sprocket removal or anything like that? Any tips you got I appreciate.
Thanks,
Ben

I change the chain on my old R6, it was easy, my friend I sold it to changed the front sprocket within 15 minutes so that should be pretty easy. Rear takes longer since you have to take off the wheel. Just wear some gloves. My hands stayed black with chain grease for weeks.
