I'm in the market for two new helmets. I'm looking at the Arai RX7 (my current helmet) or the Shoei X11. I have heard good things about the Suomy Spec1R; but, I have not seen any in real life. Has anyone seen or owned the Suomy?

I've been pretty loyal to Arai the last few years. I just figure, I'll give a look around and see what's out there.

Also is there anyone selling Arai's online? I know Arai oesn't want any internet sales of their helmets. Are there any deals out there on Arais? I may be willing to set up a group buy if I can find someone to deal with us on line.

the RX7 and X11 are both very nice helmets.. I personaly one an RX7 and a Mid line shoei and perfer the Arai.. However, that X11 is dead sexy.. just try 'em both and see what ya like

 

i agree with nags......just try both of them and see how each fits on your head

 

I have a Sunomy and love it . Its the lightest helmet I have ever had and it cuts the wind noise down to nothing. Look around some helmets fit diffrently on diffrent peeps.
