Rear wheel is stuck!!@!

Sup Guys,

Im putting together a F4i and now im working on the rims...... at first i got the axel and the whoel rear wheel hoooked up to the swingarm but when i spin the tire its really hard like the brake is applied full force...... so i take it out and try to take a look at it........ all the bearing is spinnalbe w/ my fingers but when i try to put the rear axel through it gets stuck and i can push it through...... now its stuck half way and i cant get it out or push it all the way through...... the axel looks straight(i have tried 2 different axels and 2 different rims)
ANy help woudl be great thanks

Re: Rear wheel is stuck!!@!

is it still stuck if so use a long punch and a hammer to get it out....does it stick on the swingarm or the wheel does the axle get stuck in the wheel when its off
check the wheel to make sure its straight in the swingarm if the chain adjusters are off it might have your wheel crooked or something like that
hope that helps

yeah dude it gets stuck in the wheel only...... not in the swingarm.... i tried to put the axel through when the wheel was off the swingarm....... you think it could be the grease? cause i had 2 f4i rear rims and they're both doing the same thing.....i mean its still greased and all but the axel is dry....im gonna try pound it through tomrrow morning when i dont bother the neighbors and see wut happens........ shooooots

Dont beat it in there. If its not going in, something isnt right. Did you say the axle would or would not go through the wheel when off the swingarm? If it goes in fine, make sure the swingarm isnt tweaked. Greasing the axle wont have any effect on how the wheel spins on the bike, it will only ease the process of taking the axle in and out. Most likely, somthing is too tight, loosen the rear brake caliper and dont even put the chain on the sprocket until the axle is all the way through.

I know on my bike there's some spacers you gotta make sure you get in there. W/o those spacers the whole thing won't move just like you've said.
