High Mount Exhaust vs Normal Aftermarket

Since a high mount has more bends, will a normal aftermarket exhaust provide more hp/trq gains over a high mount?

Is the high mount more for looks over performance?

yes the high mount is for looks more bends=less horsepower. you want the most free flowing exhaust for hp.
