A legislator in california is trying to sneak a bill through that makes it legal for california to automatically remove your organs for donorship if you die on a bike while NOT wearing a helmet.

Yeah, it's illegal to go helmetless but think about freak accidents that could happen while "parking lot stunnin" or dragstrip shows? And if this goes through what's next? Forfeit organs cause you die in a freeway wheelie?

you don't have to join the forum, it's a pretty "non-stunnin" crown anyways, but hit the link and then hit the other link provided to go to the legislators site and show your opposition to this bill and to leave your comments.

Jehovas will probably have the biggest problem with this i think. but i'm not a jehova so i don't know. I know they don't take blood transfusions.

Do you guys wonder why it's ONLY motorcyclists being targeted for this and not every one who dies while breaking the law? It's against the law to ride without a helmet and NOBODY does anyways, so WHY the law? Why not go after the tens of thousands of people who drive without seatbelts? What's this leading up to?

And if a doctor is going to get paid a little sumthin sumthin extra for removing organs, you don't think that there is any incentive to maybe NOT try as hard to save your life?

screw that.. I dont want my organs donated. When I am dead. I wanna be dead. I dont want part of me going on while the rest of me is dead. That sucks the way they are trying to single out motorcyclists. Very sneaky.
