Possible rock in motor ? :)

Well I bought a bike that needed some work to make it run and it had some rags in where the spark plugs go to block **** from getting in.. and well when i took them out they were wet from being in the rain and also a rock was right where the spark pug would go and when i took the rag out it feel in.

How do you think i would go about getting this rock out. its decent size. just as big as the spark plug opening.

Maybe it was a clump of dirt and it broke off i am not sure.

I cranked the motor slowy to see if i could make it so i could see it but i cant. i also shook the bike like mad tryign to hear it. no dice.

Any idea what I can do about this? Its all thats really stopping me from firing the bike up and hearing it run.

Start tearin it apart bro. There might be an easier way but this is the only thing i can think of. That and tearin it down will give you a chance to see what all else needs to be done to it. This might be your best bet, but then again im no mechanic so what do i know?

hahahahaha "no for real dont do that" pretty funny

Yeah i say just some how get the head off it and clean the top of the pistons and cylinders while you got it open. Cause there is dirt in there it will only cause you tons of headaches and $$$$$ to fix down the road. Good luck! Buy a manual tho for sure!

drop the engine in a bathtub full of water, it will flood the engine and wash out the rock.

seriously did you try sticking a small vacuum cleaner in the spark plug hole and see if you could suck anything up
