That is a good book ...if I remember right, kinda expensive too.

About the book.....I don't know, maybe I should read it, but all my experience and skills have come from doing it, and I guess I've been doing it right because I can pull a lead on 90% of the riders in my area on the local twisties

Basically a lot of refresher stuff but I have improved my stoppies.
A little bit on wheelies. I got it @ walmart.com for $15.
