So I come home from a pretty good night and my mom walks up to me and she is really pissed. She said that her friend (my neighbor) had threatened to call the police because my bike is to loud when I bring it up from the garage to work on it.

I know that I can't get introuble because it is on my land and all that stuff. But now I just want to **** her off. But I made the mistake of saying to my mom "oh she has it coming now." So now I can't do anything illegal. What can I do now to just really really **** her off. She has done soo much shiet like this since I was like 10. If I am outside with a friend or with by myself she is looking out her window. Shes like a fcking stalker.

Any ideas?

set a high idle, take the muffler off, and let that **** run as close as possible too her house. open windows would be key here due too the hassle of her having too get up and physically closin the window. either that or leave whenever she does and stay in first gear right behind her. there are sooo many things you could do too **** her the f off, you make the choice. i am going too go take my own advice and **** of the neighbors next too my shop.

if you rev it real good and hit the kill switch, keep rev on and flip the kill switch back quick enough it will backfire loud as hell. sounds like a shotgun only lounder

 

I had a neighbor that used to get pissed off about the Buell with my vance and hines exhaust, (which sucks for buells btw) but taking it any farther wouldn't have solved anything. I just tried to be as respectful as I could without bending over backwards. Why stir the pot? i know that is the sissy response, but I don't see any gain from pissing people off... just my .02cents.

Ahh- just go cut the old bags lawn, she wouldn't complain about you if she likes you. I have loud bikes and pro street cars running all of the time- but my neighbors love me so I never hear any complaints. Ever hear the saying "sugar gets you farther than vinegar"?

 

goto the city hall and find out between what times the city ordinance goes into affect for noise pollution (i guess thats it). Then tear ur **** up just before. Unless there is a DB level..u cant get in trouble with the law.

I was riding one a few years back, touched my leg on the muffler and got a 3rd degree burn! I didn't go to the DR. for like a week. The doc said that if I had waited any longer, they would have to amputate my leg from the knee down. Gang green(sp?) was already set in!

I had a neighbor that would call the cops when my car alarm went off. The cops would come to the house and ask what the problem was. I told 'em "If the alarm is going off in the middle of the night, that means someone's messing with my car...I can't do anything about it. That's why I have an alarm."
Cops couldn't do anything and that pissed the neighbor off even more!

When I was a teenager I had a neighbor who would call the cops on me constantly. Besides my dad calling him once and telling him that he would ****ing kill him if he ever called the cops on me before calling our house first, I never did anything extra to **** him off. It was enough that everytime the cops came they told him that there was nothing they could do because I wasn't doing anything wrong. I will admit that after my dad gave him a "talking too" things settled down. If my dad was outside my neighbor (right across the street) would not come out of his house and if he had to get the mail or something he would sprint to his mailbox and back .

 

I don't know about your city, but most have a "Noise Ordinance". Basically ,if you make enough noise to **** off your neighbors, you can be written a citation. You might want to check into it.

Those noise ordinances are generally only in effect during "night time" hours though. Here in Lafayette noise ordinance starts at like 9 pm I believe until bout 7 am.

 

Yeah, they don't get much more annoying than those!

 

the worst is just the fact that the cops wont do anything to you.... that will **** her off the most....

 

Hey Ron........my house got called on in the afternoon one day.....of course we had the stereo cranked so you could hear it over a block away at the daycare center.

 

Pay the bike off and do circles in the road in front of her house. Then go park it. When the cops come you will be long gone. Either that or the flaming bag of **** works pretty well and is a classic that never dies.
