I saw this on another forum and the thoughts of quitting passed through my head too.
Poor people,
.
Be safe out there and stay away from those truckers, I have this paranoia of the tread coming off those tires and have seen that it whips off the tire at real high speeds, hat to get hit by that!
RIP

No its not a Kanatuna, and no it is not a cruiser.
COme on ya'll don't we know our bikes?
I guess many haven't been reading biker mags since 1985 like me....
The first thing you must consider is the tire width and tread pattern. Ok? Ok.
Next, In the second to the last picture you will notice that the tire you see is actually the rear tire. How do I know? For one you must look at accidents like a puzzle. You must try to piece everything together and make a picture of what it looked like before during and after impact....Any artists like me out there? Then you know what I am talking about when I say you see it before it goes on the paper. All we do is trace what our brain tells us is on the paper. Same thing but a bit different. Look at the little details. Just like when you draw each line thin or wide can have a drastic impact on your image you're creating....
Ok, enough of the art lesson 101. If you think in your head that in the 2nd to the last picture is jumbled up. But use your brain to make a mirror image of that picture. AHh haaa, get it now? If you do that then you notice that the sprockets are on the opposite side therefore making the bike positioned upside-down. Only a few select bikes have the sprockets on the right side. This will eliminate other bike you would have percieved to be the one.
Then, look in the same pic. You notice the chain. So we are looking at the rear end of the bike. You must break it down in chunks. You can't solve a puzzle at one time. You must peice it together and see the entire picture.
In the 1st and forth picture you see the front wheel. Look hard at the forks. Hmmm. Now that I know that it has this type of fork it must be of this variety. You getting it now? Huh...? You nkow it or at least heard of it I hope. If you are a biker then you need to know your bikes history of what made it what it is today. Then you will have better knowledge of bikes in general and what each part is without manuals or being told. You just learn by typical chatting with folks about bike on your biker night or with friends or whatever. "This is your throttle cable, this is your throttle body, this is your vavle cover, etc"
You would have heard of it. Don't be a poser and say oooooo. I have a "this year bike and am gonna be a stunna" and all that crap. Learn bikes first then once you have a keen sense of what and how it works then you can become better faster. If something F's up internally you are not at the mercy of your mechanic and you KNOW what is fuggin up before it gets to that point and is an easy fix when its in its early stages..........
Look at me....I have NEVER been taught by MMI or any motorcycle school but have messed with bikes and stuff for a while and am gong to pull the top end of my biek apart prob this weekend.
What is the top half?
If you had to read to see what it is then you need to pick up a manual and start learning. You are so very far behind it isn't funny. The only thing that keeps you above water is that you have money to waste on simple fix it jobs. I say simple but can be simple for anyone if they read or just do ike anyone and sit and watch people do things. You learn alot that way......
UUUUUUUHHHHHHH OHHHHHH....I am starting to make a long a$$ post again. The hands are gettin jiggy wit it..........
Let me finish this up.....
All I am going to say is this.....
Look at the swing arm, the rear brakes of what you can see, the front wheel rotors, the gasoline on the ground (sike
),
and look at the scene. I will say one very big give away but I will save it for a bit when I see poeple trying.
I gave you the clues and it is not a KATANA and not a cruiser.................
So what is it?????????
I am not Bullsh!tting. I know what it is and will be honest when someone hits it or will give the answer when they don't know.....
Come on stuntlifers, become analytical..............
