Anything wrong with 03 600 gixxers? also a ? on sportbike powerbands

has there been any prob. or recals with these bikes? also when do the powerbands kick in on sport bikes? i heard they run slow under 8,000 rpm's any opionons. thanks

havent heard of any probs. i rode a friend 03 R6 and it doesnt have much power under 8000rpm's but after 8 it is pretty fast for a 600

the 03 g600 is a pretty solid bike. Not much difference in it from the 01 and 02. The sixhundies make their power up high but still makes very useable power down low. Its just not a literbike.
