Question Engine Overhaul

Sup people, I have the engine out of my bike to replace the cam chain guides and tensioner. My question is would you just go ahead and rebuild an engine with 32K on it. Rebuild meaning replace rings, seals, and bearings. It's not burning any oil and the cams don't appear to be bad. There's very little side to side play with the connecting rods. I know this sounds like a common sense question, just don't want to do any more work than I have to. Thanx for any info. Nate
