Question opinion on a VFR 700

OK, I was lookin for another cheap bike that I could use for stuntin and I know this dude that has an '87 VFR 700. It looks like **** and the dumb *** don't take care of it, it sits outside his garage against the wall of all places( dumb **** can't even put it inside the garage). Some people have no ****in respect. Anyways, he swears it's a beast, and it is a hell of a lot lighter than my Kat but I haven't rode it yet. It's got rust all over it And he said he wants $800 for it.I know I could talk him down some but my question is should I even bother?

That's was I was thinkin,5 tops.but are they any good or should I just not even worry about tieing all my money up in it? There's rust on the side of the tank, the whole exaust is rusted, except for some shitty slip-ons that are all scraped up.Even the kickstand is rusted, it has the origonal faded white paint job.Not to mention just the shape of it.if I get it would it be somethin to learn on for someone with minimal experience? If not then **** it.

ditto.
i had a '92 VFR750 before. bike was big and heavy and would suck to stunt on anyways.

Any bike with visible rust has stuff u cant see that is also damaged by sitting out side. Dont go near it ,that bike will be a big headache if u get it
