636 front end noise

I have an 03 636. I know they are fork strength issues as far as endos are concerned. When I grab the brake sharply to start rolling one I get a click in the front end. Im thinking its bearings, but not sure? Any Ideas

Re: 636 front end noise

the best way i found is stand beside the bike and roll it forward slowly, as its rollin jab the front brake slowly and watch the gap between the fork and front fender, if its the bottom then the fender will move away from the fork.

Re: 636 front end noise

Had a similar noise... Triples weren’t as tight as they should be?... tightened them and the noise was gone
