So I get out of work today, it's 3 oclock, gorgeous out, start the bike up, get geared up, and head the the gas station. couple blocks from my house i'm sitting at the light, light turns green and my bike all the sudden jumps like 5 feet up. I turned around to see a civic parked on my back tire. "WHAT THE ****?!" She starts to reverse, "DON'T ****** MOVE!"

I call the cops, bunch of people stopped that saw her hit me. Cops come, fill out a report, I push my bike to the side of the road, she gets the ok to leave, puts it in reverse instead of drive and hammers on the gas almost hitting the cop, then takes off in drive. I called my buddy up and had him pick me and my bike up. We got to my house and I rode it slow down the road while my buddy looked, he said the wheel looked a little wobbly so i'm gonna take it to the dealer tomorrow.

Backs a little sore, but i'm pretty good, and didn't even go down! The weight of her car parked on my bike kept it standing up the whole time. Here's a pic for reference. Sick photochop skills, right?



So what i'm worried about, subframe, since the front of her car was wedged in between tire and tail, and the rim, think the subframe/frame coulda been damaged? Either way i'm going to the dealer tomorrow and the bitch's insurance will be paying for everything.

 

take a hammer and ding the frame in an inconspicous place. theyll total the bike out give you a check for the full price of the bike then u can buy it back for like 2gs fix it with ebay parts then pocket a **** ton of loot.

 

Sorry to her that dude,........had a dude slam on his brakes and swerve around me one time, I heard the tires squeel and just sat there thinking "****, I'm getting ready to do a back flip," had nowhere to go! At the last sec. he got smart and turned the wheel and ended up lined up with me on my right hand side,.......just looked at him and said "dumb bastard,"........probably a good thing he didn't hear me through my helmet!

You should see a doctor and get a referral to a chiropractor and massage therapist too if your back hurts at all. Don't mess around with the back injuries, let her insurance pay out their asses.

Just got back from the doc. Gotta go to physical therapy for 4 weeks. He said it's just all back spasms and I should be fine after therapy, and gave me some muscle relaxers.

Now I have to wait for the adjuster to come check out the bike. Quick! Where and how hard do I hit it? haha. Na, I'll probably just hope for the best.
