Good Super Motards for Stunting
Good Super Motards for Stunting
this season i'm planning on selling my f4i and i'm looking to get a super motard to stunt/street/trail ride on
i'm looking to buy the super motard brand new so what are some good ones that are on the lighter side that would be solid for stunting?
you guys have any tips as to what i should look for in a super motard when i am at the dealership?(like engine type - something that wont die out after riding in the lot for a couple hours, maybe a front end i wont have to swap out for stoppies)
the main thing i'd like is something lighter that will give me more of a freestyle feel to stunting, i've seen a couple guys tear up the lighter bikes and i really want to see how i can develop on a smaller/lighter bike
thanks for the tips in advance

Re: Good Super Motards for Stunting
how do the super motos compare to the street bikes lubricating systems?
i've noticed a lot are single cylinder, i'm mostly concerned about the starving the motor of oil, can you guys point me in the right direction motor wise, like things i should look out for.. example - v-twin sucks, front cylinder gets starved without an oil pickup

Re: Good Super Motards for Stunting
if you want one off the showroom go with the wrx. the carbs on the drz suck. i keep moustrapping the hell outta it. i know circles can be done but why suffer through the carbs if you dont have to. but the best motards for blasting back roads are going to be built not bought

what kid of mods do they need before stunting them? i will defiantly be picking up some stunt pegs.. from what i've seen there aren't any cages available for them..
i stopped by a local dealer and im really liking the crf 250 L they had, it was 4700 brand new,
i am probablly going to go with a 250, all the 400s i was looking at are a little heavier/larger then i was expecting
