Tire?

Well its time for a new tire on the 9. My question is i have found out that my 190/50 rear tire is more expensive and harder to get than a 180/55. With me startin to get more into stunting therefore i will be using more tires I wanted to know if running a 180/55 on my 6in. wide rear rim will adversely affect anything. Thanks

use whatever you can find cheap that will fit. i get all my rear tires for free from most of the bike shops where i live. just get the used tires that they are gonnna throw away anyway. some of them have quite a bit of tread left on them too. ride them till they blow.

I ride a 180 on my gixxer1k and I like it better than the 190. The bike dives into corners better and 180s are cheaper and more common tire. If you stunt it really does not matter what you use cause they last such a short time if you do a lot of burnouts.

Does it fit OK width wise on the wider rim?
