i currently have the ICON knee/shin pads right now, but they tend to slip and slide down.

what knee/shin pads u guys have and do they slip down?

 

seriously i have the same problem. and since i have long legs, they don't fit all that great. the knee part is too low, if i raise it up its super uncomfortable behind the knee.

 

I have the Icon ones and they are horrible

got some cheap fox ones. they suck tho cuz they cracked after i fell off my bike learning wheelies. worked good but now its cracked
my old A* ones were nice.. i gave it to my friend tho!! didnt think i would need it

 

Got the EVS Glider Lites last week.......they kick ***. First knee gaurd I've ever worn that stays in place all the time.

 

Ive got some EVS knee/shin guards, not sure which model they are, but they seem to sit too low on my knee. plus i really dont like the shin part of it, expecially during the hot summer. Their's no vents or nothing in it.
Im looking for some that are just for the knee, and not too bulky under jeans...

I'm 6'2", about 230 and the Large fits pretty snug. If you have pretty big legs, go large....if not go med. The "Glider" has that molded plastic cup, the "Glider Lite" uses molded rubber.

I got the skinniest damn chicken legs.. I'm 6' tall and around 160lbs soakin wet, so everyone put in your skinny guy input here.

I'm wanting to buy some of these too asap, and I almost bought some icon ones yesterday and now I'm glad I didn't if they are just going to slip down like everyone else's! I don't know about you guys, but that's why I hate ordering stuff like this without being able to have it hands on first!!

I run the icons also. I had the problem of them slipping and crossed the straps like an x. no more slipping. I don't jump around alot though.

I woulda got 'em....BUT....they barely fit on my arms, let alone my legs....LOL...my friend w/ chicken legs uses them, and loves 'em. Be nice if they made a large size.

 

most knee / shin gards suck for stunting. they all slide down when your legs get sweaty.

get a pair of the alpinestar black label riding pants. they have knee/shin gards built in. never have to worry about pads sliding down again!!!
