Question 929 Swingarm

To attach the swingarm there is a bolt that needs a 24mm hex key. I can't find this tool anywhere. What do you guys use? Any help is appreciated.

never taken mine off so i don't know. i'd say try a tractor supply or industrial shop....all else fails go to honda and buy one, they should sell the tool. if you have a cool honda with friends that work there like i do you can just borrow the tool for an hour and bring it back. (like chain breakers and ****)

No motor yet. The Fu(king guy has had my money for a week and I haven't heard from him since monday. I'm getting a little worried. I'm hoping to have the thing together to take to stunt fest in Ohio in 2 weeks.

Here ya go

HEre's the set you need, and at a sweet price:

only 36 bucks for a set! My buddy that works at the dealer uses a special Suzuki front wheel allan tool to get the pivot bolt out. It's a 24mm.

I have experience with taking off and putting on the swingarm. Go to your local hardware store and buy 15/16th bolt and 3 nuts the same size and some red thread lock. Apply the thread lock to the bolt, then put all 3 nuts on the bolt. Let the thread lock dry then grab a mallot or hammer, along with a ratchet and bang the $h!t out of the ratchet to get it to turn. It's going to be a real pain in the a$$ to get it off, but it will come off.
