Burned up my 3rd Volt Reg. Help !

Burned up my 3rd Volt Reg. Help !

so i replaced the volt reg, stator, and batter....my volt regulator, again, is fried. my bike's battery...dead. what the hell? i cant find any wires that are grounded or fried, and all my fuses are ok. anyone? the terminals going to the rectifier are completely fucked; all melted and burned looking...

why do i keep toasting everything?

nope. the only thing different is i have both headlights on instead of just the one, and i wired the fan to always be on, but thats it (both are going to the fuse box headlights-20amp fan 10-amp fuse)

well then i would put the head lights back the way they were and go through the harness one more timejust to be sure.....

oh and make sure your battery cables are all clean and free of corrosion ,other then that i don't know...lol

Oem or aftermarket Rec? I had a problem with a customer going through 3 in a year went over the whole thing a 1000 times and even replaced the harness at our loss, still smoked a third turned out to be shitty aftermarket parts.

the 1st one was stock, the second one, dunno, the third one i ordered from the stealership, so i think it was oem too
