Ok, I know I'm probably way behind, and ya'll have probably already talked about this. I did a search and found nothing. But last night I was watching Superbikes (the Myrtle Beach episode) and this dude was doing circle wheelies on a stretched gixxer. Then J. Britton gets on there and does it to, w/only 2 tries or so. Then he scrapes the damn thing. Mind u it was stretched w/a 240 rear tire...I was like :YEAH :YEAH :YEAH

Then They show another part where one of them is riding a zx14 w/either a 300 or a 360 on the back, and hes doing rolling burnouts down the street fishtailing his *** of. Then the show another guy doing sitdowns on the highway w/this stretched gsxr w/a 240. Now I've walked a stretched R1 before, and my patna walks his stretched Busa, but nothing like these guys were doing, plus they got the Fat tires on the back while we do it stock...And they were doing it effortless (which we have to work at getting it up)Did anyone else see this episode? Or was I the only one going :YEAH when I saw it....Oh, does anyone know what size gixxers they were, and how far they were stretched ?

 

i thought it was pretty cool sein a streched bike doin circles, never really thought it could be done honestly

Ryan Lanier. He murdered it at Starboyz Stuntfest on that as well. Not only is it a stretched w/240 gix - its a 1000 ....

Was Ryan the same guy doing the damn near 12 o'clock sitdown on the highway during that same show? It looked like 2 different bikes...Now that I think about it, I think it was b/c they were riding to the stunt show that the guying doing circles was already at...Dayum, all of this on a 1k?I kinda figured that after seeing how J. Britton scraped the hell out of it, like it caught him off guard or something...but it was still :YEAH

It was I..... we were doin shows down in Myrtle that whole week. The footage came out real nice, but they left out some cool stuff.
Myrtle West built the bike for me, and I got it 2 days b4 we were gonna start filming. Its only a 600, with a 10 up sprocket.
it was the same bike the whole show, and Britton did get a little carried away with the scrape.

I read all these posts about gixxers snapping in half. The way J. Britton slammed that thing down I thought for sure it was going to snap! LOL!

 

yea there has been a lot of bad things about those gixxer frames that i read on here 2.. one guy crashed on the hwy somewhere in St.Louis if i'm not mistaken ..

crazy stufff... but either way that streched gixxer is BOSS
