did you actually get a ticket for cash amt or just appear in court?

FHP can tag you for reckless at those speeds and you will be seeing your bike at the next auction! that sucks!

 

I Was Coming Back From 0-town I Was Visiting My Girl And No Chash On The Tiket Just A Court Date And Thats It.......... Actually THe Cop Was Nice Enough To Lower The Speed From 165 To 116 So He Hooked Me Up On That One But When I Go To Court Its Going To Suck

Since there is no cash amount on the ticket and only a court date chances are they will hit you with a reckless. That does not mean that they will take your bike but it will be rather expensive.

with a lawyer you should be ok......my buddy got hit for 168 in a 55mph and got a lawyer, they let him keep his license and fined him 2,000$

i already got a rekles driving tiket on my record i got cought going 85 on a 35 paid $600 for the lawyer and $427 in court fees

 

its ok my buddy who got pulled over had arleady been arrested for drag racing in a car, and had countless speeding tickets on his record....im tellin ya the right laywer can work wonders man..and his laywer only cost him i think 300 or so!!!!
