Re: the honda F3

lol just a guess that you downloaded e-dub's f3 tribute vid titled '3cylinders'...anyways it was just called that b/c when you wreck it either doesnt start or runs like *** (on 3 cylinders) for a while.

but yeah triumph makes triples, i think kawi did back in the day, but the honda f1 hurricanes-f4i's have always been 600cc (599cc) inline 4's.

Re: the honda F3

f4 carb'd & single headlihgt
f4i fuel injected diff plastics/ dual headlight

edit f1 hurricane was like 88-90? (correct me if im wrong). had somthing like 84hp and oldschool plastics
f2 was 91-94 updated plastics/motor/brakes/suspension ~100hp
f3 95-98 added fuel pump, floating disc brakes, better suspension front/rear
im old school so somone else post about the f4's and f4i's :D

Re: the honda F3

I'm thinking of trading in my sv650 for an f3/f4/i as soon as I have some money. Has someone ridden both of these bikes and can compare how they handle? I mean f3 vs f4...I'll save the sv650 whining for another thread.

my gauges (sitting in my room for the past 2 years) read ~43,000 miles. Since its been streetfightered' I would bet its up around 48-50,000 actual miles.

Ride Red. Honda.
