whats the biggest difference in them? besides displacement?

is the zx6rr as good as the 636??????

i have a guy who wants to trade me his zx6rr and im looking for a 636
(zx6r)????

 

rr has a slipper clutch and is a 600cc.... and they are also both kawisuckys... u will injure it bad

 

rr also has an adjustable swingarm ... i think

 

The difference is the adjustable swingarm pivots and Factory Ohlins suspension.

Besides that it has a little less power so I would recommend a 54 tooth or something around that number for gearing.

hey aaron i just got off a couple sport rider reviews on the zx6rr
you pretty much said the same thing they did.

so is the adjustable swing arm a bonus for stunting you think or it doesnt make a difference?

and does any one know if i can bolt up a 636 swing arm to it?

the suspension sounds better? ohlins gotta be good?

lack of power can be fixed with gearing, but will a 636 motor bolt into it when im done with the 6rr motor?

and is the slipper clutch wack since we use eng braking so much?

The 6rr has a slipper clutch, forged internals, pre welded mount for the gay style steering dampners,and the ohlins suspension get it j if you blow that motor I've got the harness for you all you'll need is the motor and you're set man beside if it an 04 you get a black frame and a green chain if its stock...ha ha!

The piviot only really make a differance if you going a million mile an hour, the ohlins is a little stiffer internally and has that trick diamond coat on the legs. Just quit thinkin about it and actually get that bike its so much better than you f4easy guy!

 

Also the slipper clutch doesn’t do anything to effect the engine brake because I was coming in hot on seat standers to test it out and it wants doing a thing to effect the engine brake.

Yup, the same one as Aaron Colton's. Sorry, I don't need anything for an '03-04 636 anymore -- I've got an '05 now. That's the only reason I'm selling it.
