Shipping companies: Which are good?
Re: Shipping companies: Which are good?
Their's no such thing as cheap shipping when it comes to bikes...Your best bet is to drive it (atleast half way and have the buyer pick it up). All shipping is done by weight, so just imagine that it may cost as little a $1 per pound, and then think about how much your bike weighs...Now think about how much gas cost? Get my drift? Gas is cheaper, so drive!!
Re: Shipping companies: Which are good?
I thought about just ridin it. But I got a quote for 509 from CT to WI, and I'm not sure if I could ride it back for that, I mean, I'd have to fly out, then hotels and such, I just don't know really. The big downside to me for shipping is it takes so god damn long, I want it now! Thanks for the input
