Gsxr 750 Vs Gsxr 1000

Why would someone get the 750 over the 1000? Is it cause its lighter?

probibly the same reason they would get a gsxr over a honda.... the're just crazy.....

but seriously... the 75o is cheaper and I think insurance for a 750 is less as well.. its also a blend of lieterbike power with 600 flickability...

Re: Gsxr 750 Vs Gsxr 1000

ride both and consider what u prefer when ridding.....

ive ridden both new 05 06 and old 03 04 in 1k and 750....completely diff bike....some people are just damn afraid of the 1k...

my boy just went thru this over the summer goin from a f4i to his next bike and it was a straight toss between the 1k and 750....insurance was one of the biggest factors, and he said he felt more comfortable mobbin the 750 over the 1k

everyone has theirs. i would have gone 1k tho

Same here. Even if I wasn't stunting I'd stay with 600s

Re: Gsxr 750 Vs Gsxr 1000

I reckon as a road bike the 750 is more usable and a lot more forgiving. Its easier and safer to ride fast compared to the 1000. They are very predictable and smooth the K6 750 I would go as far as saying its the best handling bike I have ever ridden.

I was seriously looking at getting the K6 750 but I do a fair bit of 2up riding and the extra torque of the 1000 definitely comes in handy. Once my missus gets her **** into gear and gets her own bike I'm more than likely going to sell the 1000 and get a 750.

you have either a bad tire or somthing is bent b/c every 600 i have owned has been dead stable all the way to top speed. also, a good dampner can be had for about 300 or less.
