Re: "Limited edition bikes"

There were 1000 of the Repsol Replica's produced
I have #750 and I am not sure what the other production number is.

I am getting ready to sell one.

The last 4 of the vin is where you can tell the production number.

Out the door from the dealer that bike was almost 14K

I am not sure on my GSXR 600 telefonica edition
I can't find the total production on that. I was thinking 3K, but I am not sure.

limited just dont mean anything anymore, like the telephonica and alstare gixx's, how much are they worth, not much more that a regular one.

Re: "Limited edition bikes"

Honestly you should ckeck vin numbers on any Limited bike that you buy.
With the current availability of plastics, it is easy to "MAKE" one.

Fortunately all 3 of mine are legit.

2 from dealers,
1 from ebay, but verified
