Hand Strength

STFU already with the ******* stufff cause if that was the case i'd be GOLIATH. CEREALLY though. I have tendonitis in my left hand and I have this physical therapy putty that I use well i haven't lol but I'm using it now. Anyhow, What's some good **** for hand strength? I workout so I know about the forearm excercises but is there anything you guys use specifically for riding/ using the clutch. I use one finger to clutch.. Anyhow, it was really messing up my learning cause if i rode too much i'd have to take like a month off so I could use my hand again. I just don't want this setback when I come back to the states. Any advice appreciated.

i dont know what its called but you gotta squeeze the damn thing but its got 2 handles and u gotta squeeze them together..

or just buy a stress ball

o this happened to my brother..all he did was use that ball type thing and had to take some kind of medicine or summtin.

Fuuk the squeeze ball crap--THis is all you need---gyro ball works your flexors, extendors, grip forearm bicept and shoulder. Spin the yellow center then work it up to full speed like 16,000 rpms or some crazy shiit.

When you work out just go to the pull ups bar and hang on it for all long as you can

those work like crazy.. i got one spinnin pretty fast and that **** started really workin the muscle.

it's Gyro Ball by Dynaflex.. I just ordered mine off ebay..They have them on amazon too

Yeah i do pull ups on my light workout weeks. I should try the hanging though. I started doing the pipe that has a string you roll up with a weight yesterday.

I got the same problem in my left hand. I've been a week with no riding already, just healing.

I picked up one of those powerball gyro things and it's great for rehab and strength. You gotta try one to really feel how it works

alright pick up a dumbbell that you cant curl...and just roll ur wrist up(like your flexin your forearm) do this til u drop the weight and cant keep your hand closed. if you wanna keep goin grab a lighter weight. this is called "burn-out" exersizing workin high to low massive repititions great for muscle strength and muscle tone.

I was riding everyday lol plus I went out to practice 3+days a week for about 4hrs each time
