Nothing is worth waiting 6-8 weeks after you pay for it

Re: Jeff with mxd...

Same problem here. I'm filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. He told me and another guy that it was in the mail. I'm in San Diego, so it's not that far. After Jeff took my money, he won't answer any of my emails or calls...

Re: Jeff with mxd...

you guys should lighten up on him alittle bit. i know its alittle timely to get your parts but hes extremely busy in the shop. trust me hes working on your stuff. and ive talked to another person affiliated with him and they are working on making the customer service more efficiant. and if u notice everyother cage company takes time aswell u always see people complaining about sick on time. so just hold out alittle longer the product ur going to recieve is well worth the wait

Re: Jeff with mxd...

^ +1

I ordered my stuff from them mid October and it all got here today (3-point and a roundbar)... better late than never. It was worth the wait, well made stuff. No more re-welding my old rails and bar over and over.

send Tony a PM. It looks like he gets things going. Either way you'll get your stuff eventually :P

Re: Jeff with mxd...

I can understand delays, but he told me my cage was in the mail. Jeff didn't say he needed to fabricate one, didn't need to wait for materials or anything. He told me and Tony Carbajal that my cage was in the mail (I still have the email trail and text messages). If Jeff had just responded to my inquiries, I'd be fine, but I was left out in the cold feeling robbed.

How would you feel if someone told you something and it didn't happen, especially after paying??? How would you feel if all communications with the company stopped after you made payment on their products??? I haven't heard from Jeff since mid-October.
