Exclamation Zx10r Frame...still Defective??

anybody else had problems with the zx10r frame????mine is still in the backyard with the frame in 2 pieces.i purchased a 2004 zx10r at grapevine kawasaki in grapevine texas.after only 2 months of riding the frame produced a hairline crack on the righthand side of the frame bottlekneck.i took the bike back.they said that it was that frame only that was defective.they gave me a new one.took forever!went a whole summer not riding the bike.i got it back.2 months later it cracked in the same spot!!they would not replace it this time.WHAT A RIP OFF!KAWASAI claims to have revised the frame.i dont believe them.it is still made of the same material.revisions were very slight.i believe its a piece of junk!KAWASAKI needs a lawsuit!cracks like that could get some people hurt!anybody had this happen??anybody heard of this happening on the zx10r 2004-2006??if you want to see the pictures look in my gallery.

mine cracked 2 months after i purchased it brand new for 12,000 from grapevine kawasaki(they ****!)-i wasnt really stunting, just normal wheelies and small stoppies-they took it back, gave me a whole new frame, then it cracked in the same spot 3 weeks later.before i had a chance to sue kawasaki,a truck ran a red light and hit me.the bike then ame into 2 cleen pieces!ive never seen anything like it!

-i have a bike now-im just telling you guys-the zx10r IS defect.it broke 2 times in the same spot before it was wrecked!your right i shouldnt have rode it to work that last time with the crack.because the crack was there when the truck hit,it did come into 2 pieces.the engine and most other parts are there but i would have to buy another defective frame to fix it,it just doesent make any sense!

im o.k. with it-im in the business,i see bikes come and go.i just feel sorry for everyone who put their hard earned money into this bike.the zx10r may be o.k. for the track but if you continue to stunt on the machine the frame will crack on the righthand side at the bottlekneck.yes,in the pictues it shows a wrecked zx10r.what it doesent show is that kawasaki replaced 2 frames BEFORE THIS HAPPENED.the pictures just show how flemsy the frame really is.the 929 is Stolen-i got the cbr1000rr currently-it is heavily guarded.this bike has a good frame on it!!in reviews the cbr1000rr didnt do so well.i do believe it is one of the best all around bikes-it will stay in one piece if stunted!

Even on the track they fall apart even without cracking they are such loose frames that racers dont feel confident. A friend of mine had a factory ride with Kawi Canada and they had big *** aluminum plates welded to the inside of his frames to tighten them up, and he still said it felt like it was going to fall apart on a straight......He left Kawi and is now on GSXR's without a factory sponsorship

That is KAWASUCKI for ya...............they blow they make shiatty sport bikes that are way too front heavy and junk jet ski motors "they put to small of jet for oil injection in them" ZXI blows and sucks on the water. There dirt bike are ok but yet are worth nothing after you buy it cause its a green Lawn ornament.

They **** **** and more ****........I am actually relly suprised that the 6r is actully doing as well as it has in the Stunt sceen due to abuse but there is usually veteran riders on them HMMMMMMMMMMMM...................i want to hear from a rookie if they are tuff or give me one for and hour and I WILL BREAK IT IN HALF...............

636

I don't no what these other cats talkin bout. 636's go hard in the paint. I've been stuntin mine for 3yrs, only upgrades were a ape cct. I don't know much about the zx10, but I the zx6r is a dam good bike, and very user friendly. I have destroy a couple uppers but thats it. I see f4i and gixxers blow motors at the spot all the time. which would you choose, a blown motor or broken plastics.
