Dude...wtf are you talking about? Yes, they have computers. They can diagnose and tell you what is wrong with you bike, such as why it's not starting. It will give you a code telling you what's wrong. You can also use a laptop and plug in, using that to change your fuel mapping. No one ever said it's like a f*ckin Dell game playing computer. You know, computers aren't just Desk and Lap Tops. Now, if you're done asking stupid questions...

Every newer model vehicle or motorcycle has an ECM (electronic control module) its not something you can program yourself unless you have a programmer and know what your doing. You can reprogram your ECM to advance your ingnition curves to optimize horsepower and torque, to raise the rev limiter, speed limiter... ect. and everything Lotensin said!
