I need someone to sympathize with.... Here I am bought this bike 3 months ago at the start at the start of summer, (you all should know that by now lol) just like I told everybody I would. I had like 5 friends ALL tell me that if I'd get one first they'd follow suit. NOT ONE of em did. Don't get me wrong now, I love ridin even if I'm all alone lol, but that's startin to wear off just a little bit now goin on month 3. So here I sit at my computer on probably one of the last "nice" days to go riding. SON OF A *****! I know I'll meet more people eventually that already do ride but still, I mean cmon seriously. All my dudes are like "blah blah blah... my mommie says no....". **** my ma didn't even know bout it till she found the 6500 withdrawl slip on my dresser (that went over real well as you could imagine lol). And I'm all like "dude your 20 yrs old what's she really gunna do??????". Bottom line everyones "scared of it" and just make up excuses, but in my eyes they just flakin!

There's tons of ppl ridin in Ohio. I'm from PA and even know that..hahaa.

None of my friends were riding and ive been riding for 2 years , i just sold my friend my old 93 zx6 for 1500 so hopefully that will change

It's not that I have noone to ride with it's more that none of my friends ride. I'm more then 100% confident that I'll be able to find people to ride with if I tried, it's just that it'd be nice to ride with people I already know. I mean **** I could go to bike nite tomorrow and hook up with 20 people, it's just that I wouldn't know any of them.

Bikers are the friendliest people you will ever come across. You walk up there not knowing anyone, and you'll probably walk away with three or four good drinkin buddies. If you're this scared to meet new people I'm kinda afraid to ask how you're doing with the ladies (just messin with ya dont take that the wrong way)

Just hook up with new people, don't wait around for your friends because they are just bringing you down. Sure go party with your friends, and do your normal stuff like watch the game. But when it comes to riding, you need a new group of people to do it with if the old ones aren't coming through.

But on the other hand, don't lose the old friends because the new ones might not be around forever either.

Balance it out.

I hope that made sense, i'm on a lot of cold medicine and i'm over tired. So please, don't hate too much.
