anyone know a site on the net or somewhere else where u can get cheap new tires?.....or is the best bet just to pick up used ones from shops....gimme some info

 

me and my crew just grab used tires, i say if ur gonna burn them off then u shouldnt buy new ones ,we burn through a lot and the only tire we buy is the front, thats my suggestion

 

same here, hit up a local cycle shop after hours and go dumpster diving! we've never had a problem doing it, i doubt the shop cares cause your just saving them the cost of disposing of the tires.

I pick up some used tires from the local shop off their race bike, the thing that sucks is that they are sticky as hell. A Biotch to do burn outs on. Oh well, can't beat $$40.

 

Everytime I shop for tires, I go to parts411.com. I get a pair of Bridgestones BT010's for $200. Your other option is going to the track. They have guys there that sell their tires from racing dirt cheap. My friend met a guy from Canada, who said he sells his used tires $30 each.

 

I GUESS IT ALL DEPENDS ON IF U BURN UR TIRES OFF ALOT, TO WEATHER OR NOT U SHOULD BUY THEM OR DUMPSTER SHOP, ALL DEPENDS ON THE PERSON WITH THE BIKE, I PREFER TO GRAB THE USED

 

maw is a cheap place but they suck to order from! i order a few tires from them and they sent all the wrong sizes! yes it was there error not mine! but they wouldnt pay shipping back! you also gotta figure in there shipping charge is high! and if you get the wrongs ones well then your at a higher price then buying them threw your local dealer! the best place to buy new tires is shugga he give you a deal! just let him talk your ear off for awhile! also maw isnt selling new tires all there tires all brought from outlet stores clearing out tires that are two years old! usually when you get them there flat from sitting in stacks!! just my 2cents! cant beat stuntlife.com
