im thinking about buying a street legal xr 400 its used and it would be great for me to get my motorcycle temps on. parents wont let me get a full sized bike so this will have to do for a year. does anyone know if this is highway capable? the owner says it has high performance exhaust and carb but i havent had a chance to look at it yet. has anyone ridden it its a 98 i think
