Is this normal? Cracks?
i was out practing with a friend of mine earlier , we ride together sometimes and hes a lot better than i am , anyway he rocks a 02 r6 , we were doing wheelies and such , he rode for like 20 feet and landed it hard , right after we noticed a hair line crack in the frame , it for sure wasnt there before because is **** about his bike , he washes it once a day. He doesnt have a cpu and wanted me to ask around , can the weight of a bike/rider crack a yamaha frame , ive never seen this , but yet he is the only one with a yamaha i know. any responses will be appreciated. Thanks.

Have you seen the question thread titled, "Why doesn't anyone stunt an R6?"
That's why. Their frames are weak. Did it break near the triple clamps?
Oh yeah, and no it isn't normal. That's a serious problem that could lead to a bad crash. Imagine your front end basically breaking off at the end of a nice fast wheelie.

yep, they got weak frames, but keep in mind when they design frames they are not meant to be tossed around in the air, if it breaks you don't really have a pot to **** in...in general they only break from a collision or from coming down from big *** wheelies.
