dropped the gix, insurance claim???
I dropped my fuggen 2002 gsxr 600 tonight, i was behind a car that stopped kinda fast and i grabbed some brake and down she went... ROAD RASH SUCKS... I was only going about 25mph, but my tires were cold, and the front just washed out like i was on butter.......I don't really want to leave the bike all fugged up and was thinking about turning it in on the insurance, but i dont want them to cancel me or total my bike.... All of the damage is cometic so they shouldnt.........ANYBODY file a claim on your bike? How did it work out?.............

When I switched to progressive, they said since I wasn't driving, they weren't going to hold the accident against me.
If you say your buddy did it the insurance company will want his info, if he doesn't have motorcycle insurance/ a motorcycle license or permit, then your both screwed. You got insurance for a reason, you got a legit claim, use it.
