All 600 riders, help!!!

Stupid question, but I gotta start looking for a new bike. So what bike is best overall, F4i, R6, ZX636/RR (don't know the diffrence between the two), or a GSXR. And I don't think I can handle a litre, so 600 only!!! Oh yeah, which one would be the cheapest? Thanks for any at all help.

An R6 is by far the best all around bike, pick up any mag and that is what you will find. It's the best balance between performance and handling, not to mention the best looking bike on the market, as any chick around and she will back me on this. Good luck

Well of course I love the gixxer 6, I had a 750 and it was great. If I could get a second bike it would be a 636 those bikes are dope! I'm not too sure on the prices thought. I don't like the way Hondas feel, and I hate the steering on Yamahas. But that's just my humble opinion! Good Luck!

Ha ha I love how guys generalize our likes. . . .actually Yamahas are the worst bike to ride on the back of. I hate it ,they may look nice but have the worst seats, and general build. Better if your riding alone, if you have to ride one at all

go with the F4i or the 636... i prefer honda... but f4is can do pretty much anything with minor gearing, and theyre real comfortable.. ive only stunted my buddys 636 once, so i dont really know what to tell u there, except it was comfortable..

Have the R6
brother had GSXR
friend has kawi 636R
all are great I like all of them just about the same
go to you local dealers and try them out ask around and see what your friends like
no one can tell you the best bike for you
see if someone will let your ride theirs
Oh yeah after a nuclear holocaust the only left will be roaches and hondas

Re: All 600 riders, help!!!

Lots of riders here like the 636.

The ZX-6R, and the ZX-6RR only differ a small amount. Basically, the ZX-6RR has 37 less cc, to comply with AMA racing regulations. Sot he ZX-6R has 636cc and the 6RR has 599cc. Also, the 6RR's gears are geared more toward racing, and so is the suspension. Unless you plan on racing in super stock classes, I'd say go with the 636 or F4i.

.....Plus, you can stash your dope in the ram air intake of the 636

Re: All 600 riders, help!!!

go with the f4i because i have had a 636 and f4i and the f4i is cheaper and more durable.. the 636 is like a piece of paper with a motor and wheels... good bike but not made for stunting... go with the f4i

He's got a point, the 636 has a plastic fairing stay, which can be replaced for a metal one here:

http://www.kneedraggers.com/details/51-VR-7

and the crank case cover and pegs are mag, so those'll need replacing if you drop the bike.

636 has mroe power and is lighter than a F4i though

it's a tough decision, i had to make it about a year ago, i chose the 6R.

choose what you think is best.

haha, i've delt w/ 2 '03 R6's, 3 1st gen ('99, '00, '02) R6's.. they are alright. The new ones are brittle as ***, wouldnt use it as my main stunt piece. Though I can/will rock one out and its fun, but its not strong enough. Really.. no really.. stop trying to think of something to come back with, end of story.. not strong enough.

The first R6's on the other hand are ok, but I'm 6'2" and that bike is a mini-me machine. My boy* tears his up like no other he loves it.. but its not for everyone.

** note, his 3rd engine is about to go anyday now.

636 , F4i I like both those bikes, very stunt friendly w/ very minor mods.

New f4i's are week sauce. They killed the beast. 01' and 02's are the best bang for the buck. If you are going to get it brand new I'd go with the R6 all the way.

First choice should be the F4i.... for price and durabality

Honda's are almost indestructable. Ive seen 'em go down at high speeds, low speeds, soft drops, HARD drops, and still ride away runnin stright.
