Sorry ed broke his collar bone a few weeks ago and has not been able to get on the computer. I am assuming this is thru e-bay? I will have him check it today and be in touch with you asap.

Here is a copy of the paperwork. The product was shipped out over a month ago. I will go to the post office to track it first thing on monday.
