well no if they forclose, i just sold my washer and dryer for half of what i bought it for to get it out of my f in trailer...

as it stands the hose is as of today the 1st 2 months behind.....so in english 1700 bucks.... as long as they get som,e here and there they wont forclose...

thats what the ladie said to me anyway.....us bank is the mortgage and they are about 3 buildings over from where the show in ohio was.... small world, haha

yo if u went FHA loan then your cool. they wont forclose till ur 4 mths behind and at that point fha will make a 1 time payment on the house and just put a lean on it so when u do sell it you just have to pay them back. but thats only if you went FHA and not convental
