THIS IS THE PLEA BARGAIN FOR THE PROSECUTOR TO USE IN NJ COURT SYSTEMS. Ask for this when you talk to them. I was told this will cost a fine, but low or no points.

that plea is called Unsafe Operation. it is no points and a greater fine.....but, you are only given that as a freebie once. the second time you get that summons it automatically gives you four points, a big fine, and i think possible suspension....so this is only a one time deal...

Actually you can get it two times, just the second one the fine is WAY higher like $256. It will still come up on your abstract so its not like the ticket dosent exist. Righ now i have 2 unsafe operation tickets on my lic so if a get another ticket in the next 5 years im pretty much beat.

yeah...i think thats right about (2) times, becouse i now remember my lawyer saying he used something that had two times to it. I think this law maybe in jersey only tickets
