THANKS....YEA SHE'S A PSYCHIC...MY FRIENDS ACCIDENT WAS UNDER INVESTIGATION BECAUSE IT WAS SAID THAT SOMONE RAN HIM OFF THE RODE...PPL WERE SAYING THAT AFTER THEY RAN HIM OFF THE RODE THEY CALLED HIS HOUSE AND LEFT A NASTY MESSAGE AND THEN WENT BACK A SPILLED BEER ON HIM....HE RAPPED HIS CAR AROUND A TREE...BUT SHE SAID THAT HE WAS GOING TO FAST AND DIED FROM SEVERE HEAD TRAMA...WHICH WAS TRUE...BUT WE STILL THINK THESE GUYS HAD SOMETHING TO DO WITH IT BECAUSE THEY STARTED REVING THEIR ENGINES IN FRONT OF HIS HOUSE AND TOOK OFF. THEY CALLED THE COPS AND WHILE THE COPS WERE ON THEIR WAY KYLE(MY FRIEND) WENT AFTER THEM TO GET THE LICENSE PLATE....THATS WHEN THE ACCIDENT HAPPENED

yeah no it's not....had court this morning, I hate when they make you wait till they go through all the more sever cases.......lot of DUI's out there!! Mine was just a stop sign violation from my accident.......I still know I would never run a stop sign on my bike, hell even my car, but that's what some witness said and I can't remember.....sucks......

I had to go with no-lo or some crap. I didn't admit guilt but didn't want to fight it. Still leaves room for a civil case I guess according to my lawyer and I don't have to pay anything......
