It fits for me, I don't know why the file size would have gotten LARGER on it's way to you.
I have it at 57kb, which is plenty under the 58.6kb limit...
Oh well, I'll resize it if you liked it and send it to you. Otherwise it's back to the drawing board
*edit* yes I can slow it down a lil bit...
